Founding Product Designer / Legal / Hybrid in NYC

Job Description A rapidly growing legal technology company focused on transforming how in-house legal teams operate is looking for a Founding Product Designer to help define the future of AI-powered legal software. This company is on a mission to elevate legal departments from support functions into strategic business partners by building platforms that unify legal data, streamline workflows, and help legal teams move at the speed of AI. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product design process and play a critical part in taking products from zero to one. You will work directly with customers, engineers, and company leadership to design intuitive experiences for complex legal workflows while helping define the design culture, systems, and standards for the organization. This position is ideal for someone who combines exceptional design craft with strong technical aptitude and enjoys operating in highly collaborative startup environments where speed, ownership, and execution matter. This is a full-time opportunity requiring 3-4 days per week onsite in Midtown Manhattan near the Empire State Building.
