We are seeking a motivated 1st Shift Production Supervisor to lead production teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure the efficient flow of manufacturing operations.

Position Summary


The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, lead and develop team members, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure productivity, quality, safety, and operational goals are achieved. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience and a passion for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer and company objectives
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy utilizing ERP/WMS systems
• Oversee the upkeep and performance of production equipment and machinery
• Collaborate with production leads, maintenance teams, warehouse personnel, and other departments to optimize workflow
• Address employee relations and personnel issues in a professional and timely manner
• Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and productivity

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing or distribution experience
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems required
• SAP experience is a plus

Compensation


$75,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
