This role requires a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead production personnel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Coordinate daily production schedules to meet customer and company objectives
- Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy utilizing ERP/WMS systems
- Oversee the upkeep and performance of production equipment and machinery
- Collaborate with production leads, maintenance teams, warehouse personnel, and other departments to optimize workflow
- Address employee relations and personnel issues in a professional and timely manner
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and productivity
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of manufacturing or distribution experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems required
- SAP experience is a plus
$75,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
