We are urgently recruiting for a manufacturing client seeking General Labor/Production Workers to play a key role in maintaining equipment performance and supporting a smooth, efficient production process.

Ideal candidates should be dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining quality and productivity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Position: General Labor / Production Worker

  • Shift Hours: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (1st Shift)
  • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
  • Overtime: Frequent overtime available, including weekends
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Safely operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes

• Perform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance to minimize downtime

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards

• Follow standard operating procedures and all safety guidelines

• Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly to supervisors

• Maintain accurate production records and logs

• Assist with material handling and inventory management

• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Previous experience in a manufacturing / production environment is required 

• Good hand-eye coordination 

• Proven ability to work SAFELY adhering to all safety processes and policies 

• Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs. throughout shift 

• Familiarity with power tools and machinery a plus 

• Ability to work either individually or in a collaborative, team-oriented environment 

• Must have steel toe shoes
