Summary The Fashion Advisor, Watches and Fine Jewelry, delivers an elevated client experience while driving sales, client conversion, retention, and brand loyalty. This in-store role builds meaningful client relationships and shares enthusiasm for the House and its products. Responsibilities Develop new customers by converting walk-in traffic into clients and brand ambassadors. Provide prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service, consistently exceeding client expectations. Build genuine client relationships through thoughtful and consistent outreach. Accept repairs and follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations. Collaborate with the sales team and boutique leadership to deliver an end-to-end client experience. Requirements Minimum 3 years of related experience; watches and jewelry knowledge preferred. Excellent communication skills and a passion for client experience. Ability to thrive collaboratively in a team environment. High school degree required; foreign language skills preferred but not required.
