The Farmers Insurance Protégé Program is a structured training opportunity for individuals looking to develop the skills necessary to own and operate their own insurance agency. This program provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business operations while allowing you to earn income and build a foundation for a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of the daily operations involved in owning and managing an insurance agency.
- Proactively seek out new clients through lead generation and outreach efforts.
- Help individuals and families find the right coverage solutions based on their needs.
- Support existing policyholders by assisting with inquiries, policy updates, and coverage adjustments.
- Build relationships and expand your network by engaging in community events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client needs.
- Educate clients on their insurance options, helping them make informed coverage decisions.
Requirements
- Strong self-motivation and drive to succeed.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to take initiative.
- Experience in sales and/or sales leadership.
- Ability to obtain necessary insurance licenses.
- Must meet financial qualifications for agency ownership.
