Provide excellent customer service to the client and employees. Work closely with the client to assist with employee relations concerns. Implement, monitor, and comply with company programs and initiatives. Send out daily attendance reports to supervisors and managers. Effectively multitask and prioritize work to ensure quality service for the customer. Work closely with employees to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and proper PPE usage. Take attendance for orientation and verify employee identities. Conduct daily safety walks and maintain a presence on the production floor. Send out work schedules and track attendance. Complete injury reports and arrange clinic visits and transportation for talent as needed. Maintain UKG timekeeping and assist with employee clock activations.
