Associate Attorney - Employment and Personal Injury

Overview A law firm seeks an Employment and Personal Injury Attorney in Glendale, CA to manage cases and conduct trials. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in employment and personal injury litigation, including law and motion, arbitration, mediation, expert deposition, and trial. Responsibilities Draft and respond to discovery and law and motion. Take and defend depositions. Perform legal research and case management duties. Handle all stages of litigation and trial preparation. Manage a caseload of 40-60 files. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' hands‑on experience in employment and personal injury litigation. Strong self‑management and interpersonal skills. Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills. Ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients. Trial experience is a major plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Licensed to practice law in the state of California. Skills Client‑centric communication skills. Time management and organizational skills.
