Senior Wealth Management Advisor

Location: Northwest Arkansas (Local Candidates Only) About Us We are a Northwestern Mutual wealth management practice with a team of five professionals managing over $150M AUM — and growing rapidly. Our mission is to help clients build lasting wealth through long-term investments, insurance, tax-integrated planning, and estate strategies. The Role As a Senior Wealth Management Advisor , you will: Develop new business outside of our current clientele that our practice is aiming to grow. Serve and enhance relationships with our current clients. What We’re Looking For Prior financial services experience (Banking, Financial Planning etc) for a minimum of 3 years. Bachelor’s degree preferred (Finance, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related) Strong analytical skills with comfort using spreadsheets, planning tools, and CRM systems Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Compensation & Growth Base Salary $40,000 - $100,000 dependent on expertise and experience. Performance bonus: up to 50% of base . 4 weeks of vacation , with a culture that encourages taking it.
