Our customers include Fortune 500 global companies, universities, and local and state government agencies around the world.We are hiring a Demand Generation Manager in the United States who will own the campaigns that generate qualified leads for our sales team: planning campaigns, running them hands-on, and reporting on what they deliver. You'll report to the VP of Marketing and own campaigns, budget, and performance. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to own the central part of our marketing engine with a lot of potential to learn and grow.You are not inheriting an existing playbook. This is an opportunity to build it from the ground up—all the benefits of an established customer base, sales team, and selling motion with a blank slate on lead generation. Some will see that as a challenge, you'll see it as opportunity.Where You Will WorkThis is a hybrid role based in Austin, Texas. You will spend 3 days per week in our Downtown Austin office, with the remaining days for focused work. Our office is dog-friendly and includes 24/7 parking. You will collaborate closely with teammates across the US, UK, Denmark, Germany, and Australia.What You Will DoPlan and run multi-channel campaigns across paid social and paid search.Stand up and test new channels, audiences, content, and offers, primarily across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google AdsOwn the full campaign lifecycle: audiences, messaging, landing pages, and follow-upTrack conversion from top of funnel through onboarding, tracking CAC and pipeline generatedLeverage unique creative perspective and cultural relevance to pitch and help refine gated content anglesDecide where the budget goes, move it based on performance, and track what you testReport clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what you're changingWork with content and design to build the assets your campaigns need.
