Overview Float Pool Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple hospital units, including Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Emergency Department, and Critical Care. This RN role offers flexibility and variety, supporting units during high census or staffing shortages while maintaining excellence in clinical practice and patient safety. The Registered Nurse gets the opportunity to build skills across multiple specialties, and exposure to diverse clinical environments for professional growth. Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions. Assist with procedures and operate unit-specific equipment safely. Adapt quickly to different unit protocols and maintain competency across multiple specialties. Uphold infection control standards and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
