Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Legal Assistant with experience in civil litigation to join their dynamic Dallas team. This position is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing deadlines, supports attorneys in preparing for hearings and trials, and produces high-quality legal documents while maintaining organized case files. Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of civil procedure and both state and federal e-filing are required, with appellate experience considered a plus.

Required Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years experience of Civil Litigation support
- Familiarity with e-filing systems , PACER , and court procedures in Texas
- Preferred experience with document management (Net Docs) and case management platform (Clio)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Associate's degree or higher
Hours : Monday - Friday (Flex on hours) 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM , 8:00 AM-5:00 PM , or 9:00 AM -6:00 PM
