Responsibilities Greet Players with energy and personality, creating a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they'll love. Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to elevate their visit. Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages to perfection, keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll. Clean glassware and ensure smooth operations throughout the day. Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top‑notch service and ensure every Player feels like a VIP. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards; keep the bar clean, safe, and compliant. One team mentality – teamwork makes the dream work. Player focus – obsess over delivering the best experience. Ability to thrive in a popular environment – stay calm when it gets busy. Previous experience behind the bar in a high‑energy restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting. Legal serving age and necessary certifications in responsible beverage service, where required by law. Physical Requirements Lift and move items up to 50 lb.; must be comfortable lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying. Stand on feet for most of the shift; walk throughout the shift. Engage in a variety of physical activities from task to task. Possess endurance to keep up pace in a high‑volume environment.
