Domain Experience (If any) – Healthcare Payer / Facets Skill 1 – Functional Testing / Quality Engineering, with 10+ years of experience Skill 2 – Testing Program / Managed Services Leadership, 5+ years Skill 3 – Facets Healthcare System, 5+ years Skill 4 – Healthcare Payer Domain: Claims, Enrollment, Membership, Billing & Provider Skill 5 – Prior Authorization, Care Management & EDI Transactions Skill 6 – Functional Discovery, Testing Assessments, Transition Planning & Testing Operating Models Skill 7 – Workforce Planning, Organizational Design & Stakeholder Management Skill 8 – Jira, qTest & Azure DevOps Required Experience 10+ years of experience in Functional Testing or Quality Engineering. 5+ years leading testing programs or managed services engagements. 5+ years of experience with the Facets healthcare system. Experience in discovery, due diligence, transition assessments, and testing operating model evaluations. Claims Membership Provider Prior Authorization Care Management EDI Transactions Proven experience in workforce planning, organizational design, and stakeholder management. Familiarity with Jira, qTest, Azure DevOps, and modern Quality Engineering practices. Preferred Experience Healthcare Payer managed services transformations.
