Facility Maintenance Specialist

Job Title: Facility Maintenance Specialist Location: Houston, TX Zip Code: 77032 Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $40/hr. Start Date: Immediate. Overview We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $40/hr, however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Responsibilities Under general supervision, perform maintenance tasks associated with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry in support of Property Management activities. Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the corporate aircraft. Ensure aircraft supplies are replenished and inventory kept. Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Technicians. Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the departmental and executive vehicles. Ensure all aircraft are properly stocked for all flights. Assist in installing, servicing, and repairing of equipment related to Property Management. Complete plant maintenance documents, maintain tools and equipment, and perform clean-up and housekeeping tasks as required. Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures.
