Quality Technician

Quality Technician – Connersville, Indiana Pay: $24.50 per hour Shift: 6:45pm-7:00am on a 2-2-3 schedule Phone to apply: 928-668-6539 (928-NOVOLEX) Responsibilities Attend monthly safety meetings. Participate in a safe work environment by following all facility safety and compliance policies and procedures. Support adherence to PPE policies for employees and visitors. Work safely with hot plastics in the lab and on the floor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform daily product testing and record data. Assist with trials and testing of raw materials. Inform production operators on product quality (conforming and non-conforming). Notify management of non-conforming material. Collect production samples and perform finished-product testing. Assist in labeling and quarantining non-conforming material. Assist in internal facility audits. Accurately document and retain quality documents. Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated per policy. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening. Ability to work overtime as required. Completed required training courses as determined by management.
