Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Caregiver to join the 24x7 Best Home Care family. In this role, you will provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to seniors and individuals who need assistance with daily living activities. You will be the face of our mission — delivering compassionate, reliable care that allows clients to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families

Meal Prep

Medication Reminders

Assist with mobility, transfers, and light exercises as needed

Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and errands

Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior to the supervising nurse or care coordinator

Follow individualized care plans and adapt to the evolving needs of each client

Provide transportation assistance for medical appointments and daily errands where required

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in home care, assisted living, or a related caregiving role

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or vulnerable individuals

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred

Availability for flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
