Job Description

Our organization is actively looking for a dedicated and skilled gastroenterologist to become part of a well-established team in Lake City, FL. This physician-owned private practice, recognized for its excellence, consists of two physicians and two advanced practice providers. This position offers a remarkable work-life balance with a focus on outpatient care, along with significant earning potential.

Having evolved into one of Florida's largest single-specialty, physician-owned gastroenterology practices, this group is devoted to delivering comprehensive and high-quality services while promoting advanced research in digestive health.

Position Highlights:

General Gastroenterologist role available
Conduct endoscopic procedures such as colonoscopies, upper endoscopies (EGDs), and various diagnostic and therapeutic interventions at both the hospital and surgery center
Participate in a 1:3 internal call schedule on weekends, managing GI practice hospital patients and ER calls
Optional partnership track after one year, with flexible buy-in options for the endoscopy center and FDHS
Attractive compensation package with multiple revenue streams
Independently operated endoscopy centers offering ancillary services like infusion centers, pathology, anesthesia, and research
