Shift Leader (QSR Concepts)

SHIFT LEADERS at are quick-service concepts work alongside store leadership to provide our guest’s a great hospitality experience while providing team support during the shift. In this developmental role, the SHIFT LEADER is responsible for overseeing and ensuring a high energy, efficient, and seamless shift for both team members and guests. The fundamentals of the role include focusing on food quality, guest experience, team support/ accountability, and overall shift success.

THE BASICS

Leads and inspires exceptional hospitality Responsible for helping ensure front line is stocked with proper levels of food, that’s made to our standards Develop and master knowledge of all menu items and FOH stations (Line, Cash, Expo) Ensure team maintains a clean, sanitary and safe working environment throughout the shift Following essential operational policies and procedures, and helping ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and employment laws Participate in coaching and training hourly team members throughout the shift Ensuring all guests have an awesome guest experience, including assistance in handling any guest complaints Maintaining the flow of the shift by constantly monitoring dining room, service line, and cash registers, and jumping in to help when needed Perform additional responsibilities (as requested) at any time
