Proficiency in HR systems, workforce data, and reporting tools is essential. The role requires the ability to build strong partnerships with executive leadership, analyze workforce data for planning and engagement, and lead organizational change initiatives. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills are a must, and professional certification or expertise in process improvement is considered beneficial.
