Position Overview
The largest healthcare system between St. Louis and Memphis is seeking a Primary Care Physician to join its growing outpatient network in Southeast Missouri. Opportunities are available in both a well-established rural health clinic and a multi-specialty outpatient practice.
Position Highlights
Join either an established rural health clinic or an expanding multi-specialty outpatient practice
Profitable and established clinics serving a broad regional patient population
Existing teams include Primary Care physicians, APPs, Pediatricians, Behavioral Health providers, and multiple subspecialists
Established specialist outreach services including Cardiology, Orthopedics, Nephrology, Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, and Podiatry
Outpatient-only practice model
Average volume of 20-25 patients per day
4.5-day work week with dedicated administrative time
Phone-only call rotation of approximately 1:8
On-site imaging, laboratory, and diagnostic services
Strong nursing support with dedicated clinical staff
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $350,000 + RVU
5 weeks PTO
5 days CME time + $5,000 for CME
