Magnolia Ridge Center in Barre, VT is seeking a Unit Manager, RN to lead clinical care on a skilled nursing and rehab unit. In this resident-centered role, you’ll oversee daily nursing operations, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure safe, high-quality rehab and long-term care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, medication management, wound care, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team. You’ll support regulatory compliance, documentation, and family communication while benefiting from training, support, and growth opportunities within the Genesis HealthCare network.
