• License/Certs: Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license, BLS certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience in respiratory care or home healthcare

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $32-$36/hour, based on experience
• Bonus: $4,000 sign-on bonus ($2,000 after 60 days, $2,000 after 180 days)

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home patient assessments and provide respiratory care services
• Educate patients on respiratory equipment and device usage
• Adjust ventilator and oxygen therapy settings per physician orders
• Troubleshoot advanced respiratory devices and ensure proper functioning
• Support patients with ongoing follow-ups via phone
• Travel using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed) within service areas
• Be on-call for ventilator issues as needed
• Maintain compliance with safety and infection control policies

What You Need

• Required:
  
  
  • Active Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • BLS certification
  • Willingness to obtain licensure in neighboring states if needed
• Preferred:
  
  
  • Home respiratory care or home healthcare experience
  • Completion of accredited respiratory care program
  • Relevant clinical experience (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience with ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea, or wound care
