Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Utilizing radiographic and computed tomography (CT) techniques to capture accurate diagnostic images for physicians
- Working alongside radiologists and other healthcare professionals to confirm precise diagnoses
- Positioning patients accurately and adjusting equipment for optimal image quality
- Adhering to strict radiation safety protocols for patient and staff protection
- Keeping thorough records, including imaging logs and protocol audits
- Delivering compassionate care throughout the imaging journey
- Fostering a safe, efficient, and organized imaging setting
Education and Credentials
- A degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
Required Certifications
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
