Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales, with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
• Strong relationshipbuilding skills, with the ability to establish trust and longterm client loyalty
• Experience managing business operations, including budgeting, planning, and recruitment initiatives
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex insurance and financial concepts
• Selfmotivated and independent, with the initiative to prospect, market, and grow a client base
• Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred, but not required
• Familiarity with CRM systems and technology tools to maintain accurate client and business records is an asset
• Ag Experience is a plus!
