Job Summary Performs functions directed towards successfully and efficiently meeting production goals for customer orders by blending product. Unloads ingredients into blending equipment and mixes batch according to specification. Maintains standards for blending. Collects product samples for quality checks as required. Will occasionally be bagging product under blender. Must maintain integrity of raw materials. Must assist in inventory and cycle counts Keeps area and equipment clean; follows LOTO procedures when cleaning equipment. Other duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum of 1 year experience within a food manufacturing environment. Ability to comfortably operate blending equipment and scales.
