Respiratory Unit - Respiratory Therapist - $2680 per week.

Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Experience:

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <75 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:

You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing.

Required Skills/Experience: Level 3 nursery experience is required. Must be able to attend C-sections. Required experience with Puritan Bennett 840/980, Servo I, V60s, Visions, and Trilogy.

Required Credentials: NRP is required to work in the NICU.

Preferred Skills/Experience: Teaching hospital experience is preferred.

Special Requests: RTO no more than 5 consecutive days.

Unit Details: Patient population includes neonates, infants, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. In-hospital transports are required.

Shift & Scheduling: Every other weekend. Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays. Must work the weekend before Mardi Gras. Will work with summer holidays.

Floating Requirements: You must be willing to float, work weekends, and generally just be very flexible.

• AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : This is an auto-offer position. You will likely not interview with the facility prior to receiving an offer. However, an interview can be arranged upon request. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Any offers for this job will require a clear “Yes” or “No” response from the nurse within 24hrs or the offer must be declined.
