Zoning Report Technical Writer

To support project coordination and reporting, the part-time Zoning Report Technical Writer will provide technical and administrative assistance remotely, managing schedules, developing reports, and communicating findings to clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Coordinates schedules and communications with vendors, clients, and internal teams Develops and submits technical zoning reports and site-investigation reports based on gathered municipal data Tracks and manages project data through web-based project management tools, ensuring timely updates and communication with stakeholders Required qualifications High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required; some college preferred Minimum of two years of administrative experience Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software Ability to conduct document research and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders Experience in managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a remote work environment Virtual Vocations Inc
