Executive Business Partner, Global Threat Intelligence Group

Execute core administrative duties for VP-level leadership, including managing complex global calendars, end-to-end travel, and expense management.Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline processes, and build structure to drive efficiency across global team operations.Act as project lead for cross-functional initiatives and execute logistics for high-profile conferences and executive summits.Serve as a key liaison to internal leadership and external executives to ensure timely execution of business priorities.Oversee facilities coordination and maintain absolute confidentiality regarding all sensitive business matters, security protocols, and executive operations.Minimum qualifications:5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).Preferred qualifications:Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.Administrative experience in a fast-paced high-tech and international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies, and experience in using technology and the Internet to improve work efficiency.Comprehensive knowledge of process, project and program management theory and practices, and the ability to apply them when solving operational issues.Ability to thrive in an environment that is rapidly changing.As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward.
