Job Summary:

A Medical Lab Tech is needed to perform clinical laboratory testing in a rural high Rockies setting. The role involves working night shifts on a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, supporting diagnostic services in a specialized environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine and specialized laboratory tests following established protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all testing procedures and results.
• Calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot laboratory instrumentation.
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance standards are met.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies at all times.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver timely results.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program.
• Current ASCP certification or equivalent.
• Proven experience in clinical laboratory testing.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work night shifts and follow a 7 days on/7 days off schedule.
• Knowledge of laboratory safety and quality procedures.
