THE CHEF'S PHO, located in Ontario, CA, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Cook to join our Back of House (BOH) team. If you thrive in a collaborative atmosphere and have a knack for crafting flavorful meals, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Cook/BOH team member, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy the authentic flavors and quality that THE CHEF'S PHO is known for. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while following recipes and kitchen guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Assisting with food prep, inventory management, and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Collaborating with the team to ensure orders are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen or culinary setting.
- A valid Food Handler Card (required).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
