Position Details

As a member of the DDTT Program, the Behavioral Specialist is qualified in a mental health profession. They possess the clinical skills and experience to assess, plan, develop, coordinate, and provide treatment, rehabilitation, and support services to program individuals with BH and IDD diagnosis (Dually Diagnosed) under the clinical supervision of the Program Director and Psychiatrist. They will be in charge of supervising non-clinical staff.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in psychology, counseling, applied behavior analysis or another health and human service-related field required.
• Licensed in the state of PA OR licensure eligible as a Behavior Specialist (LBS), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Professional Counselor (LPC) or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Experience in the behavioral health field working with individuals with mental health/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Valid PA Driver's License required.
