Job Description We are looking for an Operations Leader to manage operational processes that support business objectives and help advisors serve their clients. The role involves leading branch staff, partnering with advisors and branch leaders, and enhancing client experience. Key Responsibilities Manage activities that support business results, revenue growth, client experience and operational efficiencies. Allocate resources to achieve revenue and client acquisition targets. Partner with the Branch Manager to ensure advisor business plans are completed and marketing events are tracked and measured. Assist advisors in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, completing trades and transactions, and preparing and summarizing client meetings. Prepare new‑business paperwork and other administrative duties such as answering phones, processing reports, preparing correspondence, and setting up files. Create, manage, track and analyze reports and branch vitals; review advisor expense reports, branch P&L, budgeting, and reporting; identify and implement expense‑reduction opportunities. Partner with the Registered Principal to ensure compliance support and training needs are met. Lead real‑estate and facilities initiatives. Coach, mentor and provide performance management for direct reports; conduct 1:1s with staff. Determine staffing needs with the Senior Operations Leader and Regional Director of Operations; request, hire and allocate staff. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5–7 years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience and knowledge of HR policies and labor laws. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to motivate a team to deliver results. Strong organizational and time‑management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment with little or no supervision. Detail‑oriented with strong math and analytical skills. Process‑oriented; ability to work effectively in a team. Proficient with standard business software applications. Preferred Qualifications Certifications, such as S7, 63/66, 65/66, Life, Accident, and Health licenses (or commitment to obtain within 150 days).
