We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical Telemetry unit. The RN will care for adult patients with a variety of medical and cardiac conditions while monitoring their overall health and cardiac rhythms.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit.
• Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and evaluate changes in condition.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize abnormal heart rhythms.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with procedures and coordinate care with physicians and the healthcare team.
• Monitor patients for complications and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families regarding medications, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and hospital policies.
• Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Previous Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
• Excellent teamwork and patient-care skills.
