We seek hospitality professionals with:
- 2 years restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership and strategic management skills
- Ability to drive performance and success by acting in the best interests of the restaurant
- The desire to learn and grow
- Ability to effectively communicate
Specific job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Works with GM and management team to develop and execute strategies to achieve operational goals
- Participates in weekly manager meetings
- Conducts pre-shift meetings
- Ensures the restaurant team delivers and touches tables at every service to cultivate regulars
- Ensures consistent execution of food, beverage, service, and hospitality
- Helps to creates a talent pipeline of lead FOH and BOH team members
- Ensures that operational and training standards are consistently followed and executed by the entire restaurant team
Compensation: Salary ($83,000.00 - $90,000.00)
