Company Summary Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our dynamic team. You'll be working in the fast-paced, always evolving construction industry, where you will be constantly challenged and given the opportunity to make a big impact. Duties and Responsibilities As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks including: Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, cooling, and refrigeration units for both commercial and residential customers. This includes air conditioning systems, chillers, heat pumps, and other HVAC equipment. Diagnosing and repairing faults in HVAC systems, ensuring they operate at optimal efficiency. Performing routine maintenance tasks such as replacing filters, lubricating parts, and inspecting electrical wiring. Responding to emergency call-outs, quickly identifying the problem and implementing a suitable solution. Providing technical support and advice to customers, explaining complex HVAC issues in a clear, understandable manner. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and adheres to health and safety regulations. Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and reporting any issues encountered. Requirements To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experiences A minimum of 1 year of experience as an HVAC Service Technician. An understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. Experience working with commercial HVAC systems and chillers is a plus. Proficiency in diagnosing and fixing mechanical faults. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites. Strong customer service skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues in a clear, non-technical manner. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
