This role is ideal for caregivers who are confident providing hands-on personal care and supporting clients with more involved daily needs.The experience you bring:Hands-on personal care experience: Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence care while protecting each client’s dignity.Safe mobility and transfer skills: Experience with gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other transfer equipment, following the care plan and required training.Dementia care skills: Patience with repeated questions, thoughtful redirection, and a calm approach when a client is confused or resistant to care.Sound observation and communication: Recognizing changes in a client’s condition and promptly reporting concerns to the office.Strong documentation habits: Accurate task completion and detailed shift notes that describe the care provided and the client’s response.Dependability: Consistent availability, punctuality, and clear communication with the scheduling team.A valid driver’s license and a registered, insured vehicle are required.How you’ll support our clients:Provide attentive care that helps seniors feel safe, comfortable, and respected at home.
