Front Office Receptionist And Account Manager

Phillip Pool State Farm is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to join our team as a front office receptionist and account manager. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive team. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

About Our Agency

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Fayetteville, AR.
Our office is open 8:30am to 5:30pm.
We currently have 22 team members at our agency.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, and Million Dollar Round Table
