Asset Management Investor Relations Assistant
This global asset management firm has continued to expand their presence in the US. Their NYC office is based in Midtown, and has a hybrid work model. This role will work closely with the Investor Relations team (25+ people) and the Credit Team (18+ people).
Job Description
- Coordinate and manage schedules for investor meetings and related events.
- Prepare and distribute investor communication materials, including presentations and reports.
- Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Support the team in tracking and analyzing market trends and investor feedback.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather and verify information for investor updates.
- Assist in organizing investor roadshows and conferences.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies in investor communications.
- Provide administrative support to the investor relations team as needed.

The Successful Applicant
- 3-6 years of experience, ideally in an asset management environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
- An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience in client facing roles, with strong executive presence.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
