Title Clerk

Masis Professional Group is seeking a Title Processor for a local client in Langhorne, PA. This is a contract to hire position with long term opportunity.Position Summary:A Title Processor is responsible for obtaining and researching necessary documentation such as public title records, tax certifications and attorney opinion letters, examine and verify accuracy, review vesting, legal descriptions, liens and judgments to ensure filing is compliant with local, state, and federal regulations. Prepare and deliver all required title documents to client according to the client's service level agreement.Essential Functions & Responsibilities:Acts as a liaison between Company and Client.Reviews search materials for vesting, requirements, and exceptions to be satisfied at the table.Works with outsource partners to prepare and QC title commitments to be delivered to customersPrepares CPLReview tax certifications and Attorney Opinion LettersVerifies correct underwriter and verifies correct wiring instructions are published in filePrepares Conditional CTC form and delivers all title materials to the client (Commitment/CPL/Wire/Tax Cert)Other duties as assignedQualifications Required:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExcellent oral & written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customersDetail orientedStrong problem solving and analyzing skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer serviceAbility to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practicesKnowledge of basic computer programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet, and Microsoft Outlook
