$70,000 - $100,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to identify their financial needs and offer tailored life insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction.
• Educate clients on the benefits and features of various insurance products to empower informed decisions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to provide clients with the best advice.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive client outreach and personalized service.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge base.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry, to effectively engage with clients.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, fostering trust and satisfaction.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive client outreach.
• Strong communication skills to educate clients on insurance products and empower informed decisions.
