Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant team during shifts to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Support the management team in achieving performance targets and adherence to brand standards. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies. Provide coaching, training, and development for team members. Communicate with the management team to report on shift performance and issues. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver\'s license. Motivated, service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
