Overview Join to apply for the Shift Manager-Franchise - 6222-Elvis Presley-Memphis, TN (Memphis, TN) role at Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants . The Shift Manager assists the management team by ensuring guest satisfaction and overall restaurant performance on each and every shift. They are the "Every Shift" Leader! This position reports to the Assistant Manager or General Manager and supervises the restaurant employees. We look for motivated, service oriented employees with a high school education or GED and a valid driver\'s license to fulfill this important position. Responsibilities Lead and supervise restaurant team during shifts to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Support the management team in achieving performance targets and adherence to brand standards. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies. Provide coaching, training, and development for team members. Communicate with the management team to report on shift performance and issues. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Valid driver\'s license. Motivated, service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
