The position is expected to prepare food according to written and verbal instruction in accordance with predetermined time schedules. This position will consult with their supervisor about any variances from production items or levels. The position will assist in other areas to complete food preparations for the day. The position will assist other areas of the kitchen to ensure production, customer needs, and the department needs are completed. This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital.
