Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling from an accredited program
• Full State of Michigan licensure (LMSW or LPC); limited license (LLMSW/LLPC) considered with intent to obtain full credentials
• Prior school or agency-based social work/counseling experience preferred
• Experience with collaborative teams highly valued
• Comfortable with onsite work throughout a K-12 caseload
• Must provide valid LARA license, MDE SW Approval, and official university transcripts

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and recommend data collection methods, interventions, and strategies for students and teams
• Design, implement, and monitor tiered interventions; consult with teachers and manage cases
• Attend and contribute to MTSS and student support meetings, as well as parent conferences
• Deliver data-driven intervention strategies and behavior management for identified students
• Maintain current, accurate documentation and coordinate services for families
