Hours: MondayFriday; 8:00 AM5:00 PM

Location: Edison, NJ 08817 100% Onsite

Work Environment: Office-based role within a warehouse operation

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to provide administrative support for shipping and receiving operations. This is primarily an office/clerical position responsible for processing invoices and purchase orders, maintaining warehouse documentation, entering information into warehouse systems, and coordinating with drivers and internal teams. Candidates with warehouse, operations, or transportation experience are preferred, but prior industry experience is not required.

Job Description

• Check in inbound drivers and process required documentation.
• Perform data entry and receive products into the WMS system.
• Review and resolve purchase order discrepancies and close completed purchase orders.
• Print and organize shipping and receiving labels, invoices, and order documentation.
• Prepare daily selection orders and advanced shipping notices.
• Review, log, and prepare vendor invoices for payment.
• Maintain shipping and receiving documents and logs.
• Track received products and warehouse locations.
• Maintain records for direct shipments.
• Track and file orders within internal computer systems.
• Maintain spreadsheets and run computer reports.
• Perform filing, copying, and other general administrative duties.
• Route incoming calls to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a clean and organized shared workspace.
• Support EZ Lobby Management and other warehouse administrative functions as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Previous warehouse, operations, transportation, shipping, or receiving experience
• Familiarity with RF systems
• Understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures
• Pallet jack/equipment knowledge is a plus

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience

Additional Information: This position is primarily performed in a temperature-controlled office environment. Candidates must be comfortable working at a facility that contains tree nuts, peanuts, soy, wheat, and milk.
