Employment Type: Flexible availability required Compensation: $62,000/year Transportation: Vehicle provided for work-related driving Role Overview We’re looking for a highly reliable, proactive Personal & Family Assistant to provide hands-on support with day-to-day personal and family responsibilities. Take ownership of the everyday tasks, errands, and logistics that consume time and help keep the family’s day running smoothly. This is a highly involved role that combines childcare, housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation, errands, and household management. We want to be transparent that this is not a traditional personal assistant or nanny position. The person in this role will be expected to actively help maintain the home, including cleaning, laundry, organization, and meal preparation, in addition to supporting the family's daily routines. The goal is to have someone who can take ownership of the everyday responsibilities that consume the family's time and help keep both the household and family schedule running smoothly. We’re looking for someone with high agency who notices what needs to be done, takes initiative, and can be trusted to handle responsibilities independently without constant direction. What You’ll Do Handle grocery shopping and other personal or household errands Prepare breakfast, coffee, packed lunches, and other simple meals as needed Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common living spaces Handle laundry, folding, ironing, bed linens, towels, and clothing organization Complete deeper cleaning and seasonal organization projects when needed Drive children to and from school and other activities Provide transportation for the gym, appointments, errands, and other day-to-day needs Help coordinate personal and family schedules and logistics Pick up orders, packages, prescriptions, and other items as needed Help keep everyday household necessities stocked and organized Assist with miscellaneous personal tasks that help free up time throughout the week Anticipate upcoming needs and take initiative to address them Adjust priorities as schedules and needs change A vehicle will be provided for work-related transportation. Candidates are not required to use their personal vehicle for these responsibilities.
