Position Overview The role involves providing direct nursing care within the Endoscopy department, adhering to organizational policies and protocols. Responsibilities include implementing and monitoring patient care plans, communicating patient conditions, coordinating multidisciplinary care, executing physician and nursing orders, and managing discharge planning with the healthcare team.
