Business Analyst III

Pay: $85-95/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. 100% remote, no expectation of onsite work but must maintain ET hours. W2 candidates only. Job Description Looking for someone with prior experience in Data Governance and Data Stewardship, as this will be essential for success in the role. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, able to take initiative and deliver results independently. Strong leadership in running effective requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders is a must, as is the ability to take thorough and effective meeting notes. It’s important that the candidate is comfortable challenging requirements to uncover the root business needs and can translate those requirements into actionable items. They should be skilled in creating User Specification documentation and managing the review and approval process. Collaboration with the development and validation teams will be key to ensuring business needs are met, and experience with the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable. Requirements Years of experience depends on the individual and availability; however manager would prefer experienced candidates with 3-5 years, and beyond. Data Governance and Data Stewardship experience is a must. Having Collibra experience is nice to have but not necessarily needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
