Automotive Sales ManagerMills Automotive Group is a growing and dynamic dealership group looking for a high-performing Automotive Sales Manager to join our team. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and is passionate about delivering results through leadership, professionalism, and customer engagement.Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of the sales departmentBuild rapport with customers and develop a strong client baseWork directly with team members and customers to improve the sales processProvide hands-on training and support to the sales staffDesk deals, track gross logs, and RDR vehiclesPurchase vehicles from auctions and manage pre-owned inventoryMaintain a professional and driven work ethic in a team environmentAssist in all other aspects of sales department managementRequirements:Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Sales ManagerPreferred experience in Automotive FinanceHigh school diploma or GED requiredExperience using CDK, CRM software, and Google DriveComfortable handling phone communication with customers and vendorsStrong organizational and leadership skillsValid driver’s license and clean motor vehicle reportProfessional appearance and strong work ethicAbility to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced environmentWhat We Offer:Health, Dental, and Medical Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)If you are a motivated automotive professional ready to lead and succeed, apply now to become a part of the Mills Automotive Group team!
