Janitorial commercial cleaning technician

Harris ML Group/MDM Flawless Finish are an authorized franchises with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking janitorial technicians to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Responsibilities Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors as needed Perform routine maintenance tasks Organize custodial closets and spaces Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment Work up to 20 hours per week. Hours per week are based on facility location. Qualifications Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively. Ability to handle a physical workload. Ability to lift 15 lbs. Strong attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory. #J-18808-Ljbffr Harris American Company
