The Mission: Leading the Quality Loop Human-to-Human Auditing: Audit the work of DLAs, providing structured, actionable feedback to drive team-wide improvement. Tactical Support: Act as the first line of defense for the team—answering complex linguistic questions and interpreting evolving guidelines. Onboarding & Coaching: Lead hands‑on training for new associates, helping them navigate the nuances of Arabic dialects and AI safety.
